    1. Request settings by email at
    2. Install the Writer package into the Creatio system using the "Application Hub"
    3. Go to system settings
    4. Filter by code "%ITS"
    5. Edit the following settings:

    • ITSChatApiUrl
    • ITSKBApiUrl
    • ITSLogin
    • ITSPassword
    • ITSServerToServerApiUrl
    • ITSWriterApiUrl

    6. Use the "Server" value from the received email to fill in the following values:

    • ITSChatApiUrl
    • ITSKBApiUrl

    • ITSWriterApiUrl

    6. Use the "Supervisor login" value from the received email to fill the value: ITSLogin
    7. Use the "Supervisor password" value from the received email to fill the value: ITSPassword
    8. Use the same "Supervisor login" and "Supervisor password" to connect Writer into the communication panel and start receving chats
    9. Use the Writer platform interface to add operators and channels (all chats automatically go to the "Chats archive" section from the configured channels)
