Asterisk call recorder for Creatio is an add-on for the Asterisk connector for Creatio that will allow users to save and playback conversations conversation records in the Creatio system.
Use cases:
The solution is suitable for customers using the Asterisk connector for Creatio to evaluate call quality online, comply with corporate policy for call auditing, and record and review complaints. With the help of the Asterisk call recorder for Creatio, the client will have access to all call records.

- Listening to calls without opening the call card
- Adjusting the playback speed of the call recording
- Downloading the call recording without opening the call card
- The call card stores the files with the recording of the conversation.
