    The Beesender Outbound for Creatio allows you to send messages and chatbots to contacts registered in messengers using public accounts and chatbot channels.

    Use Cases:

Upon receiving a message, the client can engage in a dialogue with an agent or initiate an interactive session with a chatbot, thereby enhancing customer experience and engagement.

    Notes and restrictions:

    To perform bulk and individual mailings based on a trigger from a business process, a Beesender Bot Master for Creatio license is required.

    To use this application correctly, an active subscription to Beesender Bot Master for Creatio is required. 

    A subscription to external service can be required depending on the channels selected for mailing. Beesender Outbound does not charge for bulk messaging; however, outgoing messages in channels like WhatsApp and SMS may incur additional costs. The pricing for these messages depends on the service provider’s rates.

    Before installing this solution, please ensure that Beesender Bot Master for Creatio and Customer 360 are already installed.

    Account data sharing

    By installing or downloading the App, you confirm that you agree with sharing your account data (name, email, phone, company and country) with the App Developer as their End User.

    The App Developer will process your data under their privacy policy.

    Guides and manuals

    Install the Beesender application.

    Before installing the Beesender Outbound for Creatio package, you need to install Beesender Bot Master for Creatio. Set up chats and add channels.
     

    Add a new mailing

    1. Go to the Beesender workplace, to the Outbound section

    2. Click Add

    3. In the window that opens, fill in the required data: 

    • delivery category

    • delivery type

    • content

    • recipients

    • channels

    4. Set a schedule or click Submit for a one-time distribution

    5. Save changes
     

    Send a newsletter in a business process

    1. Open an editable business process in the designer

    2. Add an element Perform a process action, select a custom action "Send mailing list", and specify a specific mailing list to be sent in the current business process. Save changes.
