Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) is ideal for companies launching their commercial teams, as it is a platform that will meet immediate needs while also supporting future growth. This, of course, is because KLS is powered by the no-code Creatio platform.

- Leverage. The Keen Life Sciences application is powered by the no-code Creatio BPM / CRM platform and the Creatio Productivity App (for calendars and tasks). KLS can be supplemented or extended with other Creatio applications like Marketing Creatio, Sales Creatio (for Leads, Opportunities, Forecasts, etc), and Service Creatio.
- Implementation. As a pre-configured application leveraging the Creatio BPM / CRM platform, Keen Life Sciences is typically implemented in 12 to 16 weeks, with the duration being mainly a function of how much process-design work is desired, how much data is to be cleansed and imported, and how many non-CRM systems (including data feeds) are to be integrated.
- Integration. Keen Life Sciences integrates with other systems and services via Creatio no-code REST APIs / OAuth / webhooks and other methods.
- Extension. Due to the power of the low-code Creatio BPM engine and the Creatio Studio set of tools, the platform can readily be extended to support business functions other than commercial operations, if and when desired.

Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) is a pre-configured enterprise-grade application that is powered by the no-code Creatio BPM / CRM platform. While activation requires only the provisioning of a Creatio instance and the installation of the Keen Life Sciences configuration packages, impelmentation of this full-fledged application does require an implementation project. Depending on your needs, Keen Life Sciences for Creatio (KLS) can be installed either as a standalone app or as a complement app to Sales Creatio. The standalone mode is for organizations not tracking leads and managing a pipeline in the traditional commercial manner that prevails outside of life sciences. The complement mode is for organizations that do need to track leads and manage a pipeline in addition to managing HCOs / HCPs and tracking attainment in the manner that prevails within life sciences.
In the standalone mode, KLS requires a few Creatio apps in order to function properly. These Creatio apps are Customer 360 (free), Knowledge Management (free), and Productivity (fees as indicated on the cited page).
